Sizing

We recommend measuring your bust before selecting your size.

For the best fit, choose one size larger than your actual bust measurement.

For example:

* Bust measurement 36 inches → Size 38
* For a more relaxed silhouette or a looser fit → Size 40

If you’re unsure about your size, we’ll be delighted to assist you before you place your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Chuimui garment is thoughtfully handcrafted, making every piece truly unique.

To preserve the exclusivity and integrity of our creations, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

We kindly request you to review the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Craftsmanship & Authenticity

Every Chuimui piece is handcrafted using pure fabrics and authentic Lucknowi Chikankari, making each creation one of a kind.

Slight variations in embroidery, motifs, colour, texture, or finish are a natural characteristic of handcrafted garments.  These subtle differences are not imperfections, but a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship and the beauty of artisan-made creations.

Wash & Care Instructions

Every Chuimui creation is handcrafted using pure fabrics and authentic Lucknowi Chikankari.  With mindful care, your garment will remain timeless for years to come.

Washing

* Dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the beauty and longevity of your garment.
* If you choose to hand wash at home, please do so gently using a mild detergent.
* Do not machine wash.
* Do not soak the garment in water, especially darker colours. Gently rinse, remove it from the water immediately, and hang it to dry.

Drying

* Dry the garment naturally in the shade.
* Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as it may affect the richness of the fabric and colour over time.

Ironing

* Steam ironing is recommended.
* If using a regular iron, place a clean cotton cloth over the garment before ironing.
* Avoid direct, high heat on the fabric or embroidery.
